Tooling. Managing Production.
The goal of launching production is to create the process of manufacturing in predetermined quantities, with set deadlines, cost, and quality indicators.
B.V. provides a cost-effective way to coordinate all aspects of the supply chain giving the customer the benefits of their global volume, together with common quality control and service policies. B.V. contracts production and supplies logistical sup-port for packaging, lens supply, and other supply chain requirements to ensure timely service
Tooling
B.V. will work in tooling and ensuring that the final manufactured product corresponds exactly to the approved prototype in every detail.
Our approach to tooling is as effective as it is simple. We carry out the process using our tooling software systems known as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) which enables accurate readings of products produced.
B.V. also has a team of experienced engineers on-site to observe the quality of our eyewear to perfection.
Production
We are the interface facilitating dialogue and the exchange of information between the design office, the production service and the purchasing unit.
We carefully monitor each product throughout its production cycle ensuring that both quality and timing is being respected.
