After working in the eyewear industry and interacting with various factories for more than 20 years, Jacque Zhang decided to establish his own factory in 2015. He realized that the biggest challenge in the eyewear manufacturing is quality control.
In order to provide better quality and reduce the damage rate, he developed a comprehensive system of production lines and standards to ensure that every step in the production process meets the expected quality requirements.
Brilliant Vision was founded by Jacques ZHANG.
Brilliant Vision launched its first eyewear collection at Mido with great success.
Brilliant Vision opened its R&D department with a capacity of 100 new styles per month.
Brilliant Vision opened its testing laboratory, enabling over 30 in-house tests.
Brilliant Vision invested over 1 million US dollars in the modernization of facilities and in the implementation of the MES system.
Brilliant Vision expanded its workshops and created new areas, especially for polishing and packaging.
Brilliant Vision’s annual production capacity has exceeded 600,000 frames.
